Orders, Shipping & Returns Policies.

 

Orders:

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
  • Payment is via PayPal only. (All major debit and credit cards are accepted, a PayPal account is not required to make a payment).
  • All prices are quoted in U.K. Pounds (£) and include Taxes.

 

Shipping:

  • Under normal circumstances all orders of 'in stock' items will be dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Dispatch time for 'made to order' items will be discussed with the customer on a case by case basis but will normally be dispatched within 7 working days. This will be expressed in the item description or at checkout.
  • Dispatch time for specialist commissions will be discussed with the customer on a case by case basis.
  • All U.K. Mainland orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For unless otherwise stated or arranged. Domestic shipping is set at a flat rate of £4.00 plus £1.00 per item.
  • All International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed unless otherwise stated or arranged. International shipping is set at a flat rate of £9.00 with plus £1.00 per item.
  • Local and International Postage & Packaging is standardised but may be subject to change on large orders or commissions. If you would like to discuss a cheaper delivery option (at your own risk) please contact me before placing an order.
  • Dispatch and Delivery times are subject to availability and backlog.
  • Sadly Limpet Mics. can not guarantee a delivery date, that's in the hands of Royal Mail...

 

Returns:

  • Non-Faulty items must be returned within 14 working days of purchase. Such items must be returned in un-used condition with all original packaging consistent with how they were dispatched. A full refund will be issued via PayPal when the item has been received and checked for damage. (Usually within 3 working days).
  • Custom orders and commissions cannot be returned or refunded. In good faith and within reasonable parameters every effort will be made to ensure the customer is happy with the final product/s and/or services.
  • Damaged or Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Where possible customers are asked to provide photographic evidence of damage to the packaging and/or item that may have occurred during transit. The item should be returned within 14 working days of purchase. A replacement item or full refund will be dispatched/issued within 3 working days of receipt after the item has been checked and evaluated for misuse.
  • ALL refunds will be issued via PayPal.
